Introduction and Acceptance

By visiting, registering with, depositing into, or placing a wager through indo62, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the applicable Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling rules, and any specific promotion or game rules displayed by indo62. If you do not accept these requirements, you must stop using indo62.

Account Eligibility

You may register with indo62 only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are permitted to access online gambling under the laws applicable to you. indo62 does not represent that online gambling is lawful in every jurisdiction.

Malaysian users are personally responsible for understanding the laws that apply to online gambling in Malaysia and to their individual circumstances. indo62 does not claim approval, regulation, or licensing by the Malaysian Government or any Malaysian financial authority.

You must register using your legal name, accurate date of birth, current contact details, and truthful residential information. You may not register for another person, allow another person to control your account, or hold multiple indo62 accounts. Duplicate, fictitious, underage, or proxy accounts may be suspended or closed.

Identity Verification and Security

indo62 may request identity, address, age, payment ownership, or source-of-funds documents before permitting deposits, wagers, bonuses, or withdrawals. Verification may include reasonable electronic checks and document review. You must provide genuine, current, and legible information within the requested period.

You are responsible for protecting your indo62 username, password, verification codes, and connected devices. You must not share credentials or leave an active session unattended. Activity completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised unless indo62 receives prompt notice of suspected compromise.

If you notice an unfamiliar login, altered account detail, or unrecognised wager, contact indo62 support immediately. We may temporarily restrict an account while reviewing potential fraud, security concerns, or unauthorised access.

Deposits and Payment Methods

Eligible indo62 deposits may be made in MYR using payment channels shown within the account interface. Depending on availability, these may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or supported digital assets such as BTC and USDT.

You must deposit only from a payment method that belongs to you. indo62 may reject or return third-party payments, request proof of ownership, or restrict funds while a transaction is reviewed. Deposits are intended for genuine gaming activity and must not be used as a money-transfer service.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, available cash balance, payment ownership checks, applicable wagering conditions, fraud screening, and transaction limits. indo62 may return funds through the original payment route where practical and permitted.

A withdrawal estimate is not a guarantee of completion at a specific time. Bank processing, eWallet maintenance, public holidays, document review, network congestion, or additional security checks may affect delivery. indo62 may request further information where a withdrawal differs materially from ordinary account activity. Any disputed payment, chargeback, reversal, or suspected misuse may result in temporary account restrictions while the matter is investigated.

Betting and Game Rules

A wager becomes valid only when accepted and recorded by indo62. A bet shown as pending has not necessarily been accepted. Players must review the selection, odds, stake, and potential return before confirmation because accepted wagers generally cannot be cancelled at the player's request.

Sports markets for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, football, and other events are settled according to the official result and the market-specific rules displayed by indo62. Rules concerning postponement, abandonment, extra time, penalties, venue changes, or participant withdrawal may differ by sport and market.

Casino, slot, lottery, and arcade outcomes are determined under the rules of the relevant game. Published RTP is a long-term statistical measure and does not guarantee a return during any individual session. indo62 does not guarantee wins, profit, or recovery of previous losses.

Where a clear technical, pricing, settlement, or display error occurs, indo62 may void or correct affected wagers to reflect the proper market information. Any correction will be based on available records and applied consistently.

Bonuses and Promotions

Every indo62 bonus is governed by its published promotional terms. These may include a minimum deposit, wagering or rollover requirement, eligible games, game-contribution rates, minimum odds, maximum bet, expiry date, and maximum cash-out.

A x15 wagering requirement means the relevant bonus amount must generally be wagered fifteen times before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. For example, an RM100 bonus with x15 wagering may require RM1,500 in qualifying bets. The exact calculation shown in the specific indo62 promotion will prevail.

Bonuses are intended for one eligible player, account, household, device, payment source, or other reasonable identifying unit unless stated otherwise. Coordinated claims, account duplication, low-risk wagering designed solely to extract bonus value, or manipulation of promotional rules may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use indo62 to:

• Commit fraud, money laundering, identity misuse, payment abuse, or another unlawful act.
• Collude with other players, use prohibited automated tools, manipulate software, or exploit a technical fault.
• Open multiple accounts or provide false, altered, stolen, or misleading documents.
• Use funds belonging to another person without proper authority.
• Threaten indo62 staff, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
• Circumvent account restrictions, responsible gambling limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion.

Where indo62 reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, we may restrict access, withhold affected transactions, request additional evidence, void improper activity, or close the account. Legitimate undisputed funds will be handled according to applicable legal and compliance obligations.

Responsible Gambling

indo62 services are intended for entertainment by adults aged 21 and above. You should establish a realistic budget, avoid gambling with essential household funds, and never borrow money to place bets. Gambling is not an investment, employment, or reliable way to solve financial pressure.

Account Suspension and Closure

You may request closure of your indo62 account, subject to the settlement of pending wagers, withdrawal review, and any compliance requirement. A closure request does not automatically cancel accepted bets or remove an existing obligation.

indo62 may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, failed verification, security concerns, payment disputes, prohibited conduct, extended inactivity, responsible gambling reasons, or where continued service would create legal or operational risk.

Where reasonable, indo62 will communicate the general reason for a restriction. Certain details may not be disclosed if doing so would compromise security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or the rights of another person.

Availability and Technical Interruptions

indo62 aims to provide stable access but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, network failure, device compatibility, payment outages, third-party game interruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

Players are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, secure internet connection, and updated software. indo62 is not responsible for a wager that was not accepted because a player's connection failed before confirmation.

If an interrupted game has a recoverable state, the relevant provider's game record may determine the outcome. If no valid result exists, indo62 may restore the affected stake after reviewing the technical logs.

Privacy and Communications

indo62 processes personal information for account administration, identity checks, payments, security, responsible gambling, support, and compliance. Further information about data categories, retention, security, and player rights is provided in the Privacy Policy.

Service communications may include verification requests, transaction updates, account notices, security alerts, and changes to these terms. Players must keep their contact information current so indo62 can deliver important notices.

Marketing preferences may be managed separately from essential account communications. Opting out of marketing does not prevent indo62 from sending messages required to operate or protect an account.

Liability and Player Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, indo62 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from voluntary gambling activity, player error, device failure, internet interruption, or reliance on an expected outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You remain responsible for every decision to deposit, wager, or withdraw. You also remain responsible for applicable taxes, reporting duties, and legal obligations in your jurisdiction. indo62 does not provide tax, legal, investment, or financial advice.

Complaints and Disputes

If you believe an indo62 transaction, wager, settlement, bonus decision, or account restriction is incorrect, contact support promptly and provide the relevant date, amount, game or event, transaction reference, and a clear explanation.

indo62 will review available account records, payment records, provider logs, and applicable rules. You should preserve screenshots and transaction references where possible. A complaint must be made in good faith and must not include altered evidence or abusive communication.

Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement

indo62 may amend these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, security, payment, product, or operational changes. Material amendments may be communicated through the website or account interface. Continued use after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay by indo62 in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These terms, together with incorporated policies and product-specific rules, form the entire agreement concerning use of indo62.
